        My name is Teresa Shafer. I am a full-time notary public, trust delivery agent and notary signing agent. I have lived and worked in the Charlottesville area for over 8 years. Before becoming a full-time notary, I worked as a paralegal for 10 years in Virginia and Nebraska. I have two grown sons and my husband is retired from the Air Force and the Department of Defense. After living in seven states over the past 30 years, we are proud to call Central Virginia our permanent  home!
